5. NO AI TRAINING, SCRAPING, OR DIGITAL REPLICATION

Some products may provide a one-time purchase for access to a digital collection or archive. A one-time purchase means that the customer will not be charged a recurring subscription fee for that purchase unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Purchasing access does not guarantee that a particular website, hosting provider, platform, server, or technology will remain available indefinitely.
We may move, reorganize, replace, update, repair, or migrate digital content or the technology used to provide access.
7. PAYMENT
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for purchases you voluntarily make through the Site.

8. REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds. Because digital content may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, completed digital-content purchases are final and nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not eliminate any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged without authorization, or did not receive the access you purchased, contact us through the Site’s contact page so the issue can be reviewed.
Fraudulent payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, or false claims concerning delivered digital content may result in termination of access and other remedies permitted by law.
9. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS CREDENTIALS
If the Site provides individual accounts, passwords, access links, or other credentials, those credentials are intended only for the person who obtained them.

A person who believes material appearing on the Site infringes a copyright may submit a written copyright complaint containing sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material, locate the material, contact the complaining party, and establish the complaining party’s authority to make the request.
Where applicable, copyright complaints will be handled in accordance with United States copyright law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
13. PERFORMER AGE AND RECORDKEEPING COMPLIANCE
Where applicable to material appearing on this Site, records required by federal law concerning performers depicted in sexually explicit material are maintained in accordance with applicable law.

21. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Termination does not grant a person the right to retain, distribute, reproduce, or continue using copyrighted material obtained through the Site.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another mandatory law controls.
To the extent a dispute may lawfully be subject to a contractual forum-selection provision, proceedings relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Lee County, Florida.
